Such a Situation Cannot Exist Near Gandzasar: Artsakh MP on Claims of 'Position Handover'

Such a situation cannot exist near Gandzasar. This was stated by Artsakh Parliament member Metakse Hakobyan in an interview with Auroranews.am.

“In any case, God forbid, it cannot happen at this moment,” the MP commented on reports suggesting that “one position has been handed over to the enemy near the Gandzasar area.”

According to the MP, Gandzasar is quite far from the contact line, and Azerbaijani forces would need to pass through several villages to reach there, which is not the case.

Metakse Hakobyan noted that the current situation reflects typical Azerbaijani behavior and may be linked to upcoming meetings. She pointed out that recently, Azerbaijanis have been quite active.

The Artsakh MP mentioned that the overall situation is tense, but the people of Artsakh are not in panic.

It is worth noting that information has circulated online claiming that “one position has been handed over to the enemy near the Gandzasar area.” Such a statement was made by a social media user, Arthur Grigoryan.
