Bee Stings Driver, Causing Loss of Vehicle Control

Today, July 29, an extraordinary incident occurred in the Syunik region. Around 15:40, 36-year-old Sargis S. from the Armavir region lost control of his Nissan Teana while driving on the Yerevan-Yeraskh-Meghri highway at the 211 km mark after being stung by a bee. The vehicle veered off the road and ended up about 10 meters in a field.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, preliminary information indicates that, fortunately, there were no injuries.

At the scene, the driver reported to the police that while driving, a bee had stung his foot, after which he lost control of the vehicle, leading to the accident.
