Video: Man Assaults Woman in Moscow, Pulls Her Hair and Upsets Baby Stroller

In Moscow, an inadequate man assaulted a woman who was out for a walk with her child. The attacker pulled the woman's hair, pushed her down, threw her onto the asphalt, and tipped over the stroller while trying to take the baby.

Passersby attempted to calm him down, according to reports from Readovka. One woman in conversation with the media stated that the man is often seen in the park but gives off the impression of an irrational individual who 'stares strangely at everyone.'
