New Details on the Brutal Murder of a 17-Year-Old Girl in Novosibirsk
In Novosibirsk, the mother of a 17-year-old girl who was stabbed has reportedly approached the police three times due to threats from the murderer, according to Readovka. The Ministry of Internal Affairs revealed that over the last eight months (from November to June), the mother of Anastasia Rakova filed three reports with the police after receiving threats from Khushnud Khamroev, a Tajik citizen who was identified as Roman in Russia.
It is important to note that the girl had broken up with a 27-year-old man shortly before the tragedy. The police disregarded all reports; however, the local prosecutor's office has accepted them. An official investigation has now been launched within the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Novosibirsk region.
