Argument and Stabbing in Ararat Province: Victim Sustains Six Knife Wounds

The Investigation Committee of Armenia has initiated a criminal case in the Vedi investigative department concerning an incident reported by the Vedi medical center to the Ararat police department on July 24.

According to Shamshyan.com, on that day around 21:40, the medical center notified the police that a citizen had been admitted with "two stab-cut wounds to the left thigh, four stab-cut wounds to the back of the chest, and right hemopneumothorax".

Police established that the victim is 49-year-old Nshan S., a resident of one of the villages in the Ararat province.

It was also revealed that on the same day, around 20:30, a dispute occurred at the victim's residence between him and his fellow villager, 54-year-old Vahan Kh., during which the latter stabbed Nshan S. several times with a sharp object.

According to the doctor's report, the victim suffered six knife wounds.
