You Once Judged Pashinyan: Chalabyan to the Judge

Dear court, I am clearly a hostage of political persecution. This is just a cover now, because in reality, there is nothing connected to a criminal case here. There is only the head of the ruling group, Nikol Pashinyan, who is pursuing me and my family.

By the way, you have judged him before; later he was acquitted. This was stated by Avetik Chalabyan during a court session, addressing Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan, as reported by Hraparak.

“What I am saying will gradually and clearly be revealed during the court hearings. The organized group operating in the legal system is currently carrying out actions in Armenia that are attempting to keep me in custody by arbitrarily interpreting the law. I am being held in custody without a legally effective court decision. This is very clear, because this verdict will never enter into legal force. Everyone understands that there is no criminal composition here; this is merely a fabrication, meaning a recording has been made, which is montaged from a thousand places and pieced together,” stated Chalabyan.
