This is a mask show that began in 2018 and continues. For four years, no factual evidence has been uncovered related to fraud in this criminal case. Arkadi Gevorgyan, an attorney, stated this in an interview with NEWS.am, commenting on the police raid conducted by the 6th department at the 'Security Dream' company today.

'These actions are a consequence of a well-known government session, where the Prime Minister stated that the era of 'Security Dream' has ended. Now they are searching for computers and drives. I said, dear investigator, if you needed a computer and drives, you should have just asked; we would have brought them. What is the point of conducting a raid, breaking down the door?' In reality, they are not interested in anything; there is no talk of a crime here. It has simply been stated at some level that there is money here, and that money needs to be taken. This is what they are currently involved in. God be with them,' said the attorney.

He reminded that years ago, when the criminal case was initiated, the discussion was about a billion drams in embezzlement: 'Now, after four years, let them bring something to show where that 1 billion is. They have formally labeled certain individuals as defendants, separating one criminal case from another, seeing that nothing is coming out of it, and based on the same factual data, with the same people involved, they initiate a new case. In one case, it was written 'forged enforcement acts,' while in the new case, it is written ‘forged documents.’ A new charge has been brought, and one of the co-founders of the company, Aleksan Zakaryan, has been detained. After four years of finding nothing, someone sent an anonymous letter to the head of the Investigative Committee saying that Aleksan Zakaryan is pressuring us. There is no name, signature, or date. In honor of the first-instance court, this document had no value for detaining the individual. However, the appellate court referred to that anonymous letter in its judicial act.

An individual comes and says that in the presence of persons X and Y, Aleksan Zakaryan told him that he would harm him, and based on this person, Aleksan Zakaryan is arrested and taken for questioning. We said, 'at least question X and Y to see if such a thing occurred.' Moreover, one of them turns out to be his brother. The people deny it and say that it didn't happen. Now this same person has received some kind of threat from a certain Paul Poghosyan on Telegram, and he came to the investigator and testified that it was Aleksan Zakaryan. This is the whole story,' said Arkadi Gevorgyan.

In response to the observation that during a government session the Prime Minister announced that the era of 'Security Dream' is successfully ending, and it was followed by such a raid, the attorney said, 'It is obvious to everyone that it is indeed related, but since we have adopted an approach to work exclusively within the legal framework, let us refrain from making any political assessments. However, the announcement made during the government session, the subsequent detainment of Aleksan Zakaryan, and today’s mask shows cannot logically be unrelated. If they want to close the company, let them say so, and the 530 people who have been receiving high salaries for years will become unemployed, while the system created through the efforts of Aleksan and Gurgen Zakaryan has become the property of the state with zero investment. Today, there are restrictions on the accounts of 'Security Dream' company and on the real estate of the founders. How long will this illegality continue? If the charges are justified, why aren’t they sending it to court? Four examinations have been appointed in this case, and conclusions have been received. In the first examination, they had provided the following formulation: if the circumstances are substantiated in the preliminary investigation, it will be considered that the state has suffered damage worth 210 million. And if these circumstances are not substantiated, it means that the state has suffered no damage. The conclusion of the fourth examination indicated that the state suffered zero damage. Knowing that such a result was obtained, the investigative body is not going to obtain this conclusion from the expert institution. As I assume that the investigative body has had an assignment to take a certain amount of money from this company, to extort, they appoint the same examination for a second time. They even openly say, 'bring 500 million drams, and Aleksan Zakaryan will be released, and there will be no further pressure from anyone anonymous.'
