Do Not Panic: Warning to Residents of Stepanakert
The Stepanakert municipality has issued a statement informing residents that an air raid signal will be activated. "Please be informed, residents of Stepanakert, that today around 16:00, an air raid signal will be activated by the Russian peacekeeping forces. Please do not panic, as it will be of a training nature," the statement reads.
