Video: Flooding in Moscow as Cars Submerged

Heavy rain has flooded several streets in Moscow. Water covers the wheels of passing cars, and in some cases, vehicles are nearly completely submerged.

According to weather forecasts, precipitation is expected to continue until the end of the day.
