Door Opens on Yerevan-Sevan Highway, Woman Falls
On July 23, an extraordinary incident occurred in the Kotayk region. Around 07:00, a local resident, 44-year-old Edgar K., was driving a UAZ vehicle along the Yerevan-Sevan highway when the front right door opened at the 47th km mark, resulting in the passenger falling out.
According to shamshyan.com, as a result of the fall, the passenger was taken to the "Hrazdan" Medical Center with bodily injuries, and from there she was transferred to the "Saint Grigor Lusavorich" Medical Center in Yerevan.
Traffic police officers arrived at the scene and identified the injured person as 41-year-old Armine H., a resident of the Kotayk region.
According to G. Shamshyan's information, the injured woman is the driver's wife, and the vehicle has been moved to a secured area of the Hrazdan division of the police on the orders of the investigator.
