Police on Unregistered Vehicles

Many may have noticed a vehicle without a license plate on interstate or intercommunity roads, whose driver permits various violations of traffic rules. Primarily, the headlights and turn signals of such vehicles are often malfunctioning.

Operating a vehicle without a registration plate is a violation of the law. This statement has been released by the Police of the Republic of Armenia.

In order to detect such vehicles, the road police and patrol service are conducting measures in the regions. They will continue to be vigilant in this regard.

Unregistered vehicles will be identified and, regardless of the excuse presented, will be moved to a designated protected area. Appropriate reports will be drawn up concerning these facts.

We urge everyone to register their operating vehicles, obtain license plates, and drive without committing violations.

Driving a vehicle without a license plate under the pretext of performing agricultural work is unacceptable.
