Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev made a post on his Telegram channel regarding U.S. President Joe Biden: "Americans have elected a senile, strange grandpa as their president, who, forgetting about his responsibilities, loves other countries more than his own," wrote Medvedev.

It is worth noting that Biden has previously made a number of gaffes that have widely circulated on social media.
