Ara Babloyan Appointed in Artsakh

According to a decree by the Minister of State of the Republic of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, pediatric surgeon-urologist, Doctor of Medical Sciences, and public figure Ara Babloyan has been appointed as the Minister of State's public advisor on healthcare issues. This announcement was made by Minister Beglaryan on his Facebook page.

"I am pleased to inform you that by the decree I signed today, I have appointed pediatric surgeon-urologist, Doctor of Medical Sciences, and public figure Ara Babloyan as the Minister of State's public advisor on healthcare issues. I am confident that this will serve as an additional mechanism to utilize Mr. Babloyan's potential and extensive experience for the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of Artsakh's healthcare system, especially as we enter the finalization and implementation phase of the sector's strategy draft. It is a great honor for me to have the unconditional support of a person who embodies such human, professional, and state qualities, and I thank Mr. Babloyan for graciously and immediately accepting my request-suggestion," said the minister.
