Negotiations Begin in Istanbul Between Representatives of Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, and the UN

Negotiations have commenced in Istanbul between military delegations from Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, and representatives from the United Nations regarding the resolution of the grain issue. Authorities have not disclosed the location of the meeting, which is being conducted behind closed doors from the press, reports RIA Novosti.

Earlier, a diplomatic source indicated that there are high hopes for consensus in today’s meeting. According to the source, both Moscow’s concerns and the presence of sanctions in the insurance, logistics, and banking sectors related to Russian agricultural exports will be taken into account during the negotiations.
