VIDEO: Two Airplanes Collide in the USA, Casualties Reported

Aviation accident occurred at the airport in North Las Vegas, Nevada, resulting in the deaths of four people, according to international news reports. Harry Reid, a representative of the international airport, confirmed the information, noting that two aircraft collided.

According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), a PIPER PA-46 plane collided with a Cessna 172 while landing. Both were single-engine aircraft. As a result of the collision, the PIPER PA-46 crashed in a field not far from the runway, while the Cessna went down near a nearby artificial lake.

Authorities received reports of the incident at around 12:00 local time. Each of the aircraft had two occupants, and unfortunately, none were able to be rescued. Earlier, the Fox3 Now website released footage of the incident, showing burning debris from one of the planes near the runway.
