Banking Secrecy Legislation Package Removed from e-draft.am Site: SRC

The package of draft laws related to banking secrecy will be presented for public discussion after being refined. This information was reported by the Information and Public Relations Department of the RA State Revenue Committee.

The package of draft laws on amendments and supplements to the "Law on Banking Secrecy" and related laws has been removed from the e-draft.am website. It had been submitted for public discussion to gather opinions and feedback.

As previously reported by the SRC, the further progress of the package will be ensured through comprehensive discussions with the Central Bank of Armenia and other interested parties.
