Aliyev Threatens War

Azerbaijan's authoritarian leader Ilham Aliyev stated that Armenia and Russia are not acting in accordance with the provisions of the November 10 declaration, and that Russian peacekeepers are failing to implement the agreement.

“According to the information we have received, there are currently a large number of illegal armed groups from Armenia in Nagorno-Karabakh. If they do not leave our territories voluntarily, military intervention may occur against them,” Aliyev announced.
