Alert: Unknown Origin Foam Water Flowing into Hrazdan River

Today, on July 15, an extraordinary incident occurred in Yerevan. At approximately 19:30, the emergency situations ministry's rescue service received a call about unknown origin foam water flowing into the Hrazdan River near the "Princess Marianna" restaurant in the Hrazdan gorge.

As reported by Shamshyan.com, it was determined that water sampling was necessary from the river, which was carried out on-site. Representatives from the Ministry of Health, including Teplikian; the Ministry of Environment, including Manucharyan, Deputy Minister Gayane Gabrielyan, Assistant to the Minister Bekyan, Deputy Head of the Environmental and Natural Resources Inspection Body Vrezh Galoyan, and Head of the Department of Water Quality, Soil, Waste, and Hazardous Substances Control Sagatel Petrosyan, also arrived at the scene. The acting director of the State Hydrometeorological and Monitoring Centre Levon Azizyan was also present.
