New Footage from Vinnytsia Shopping Center Site

Witnesses continue to share videos from the site of the explosion in the Vinnytsia region of Ukraine. It has been reported that the homes of officers and the Gaysin military unit were affected in Vinnytsia. According to Igor Klymenko, the head of the Ukrainian police, 12 people have died and 30 have been injured.

Earlier, Ukrainian MP Anton Goncharenko reported that a strike had hit a shopping center in Vinnytsia. This is the first footage being released from the city, showing how thick smoke billows into the sky after the impact.
