A citizen of Armenia, who operated on the Telegram platform under the name David Van Hoktamberyan, managed a channel named 'Green Market' for selling marijuana. The 'Green Market' channel was created by David Van Hoktamberyan in 2018 and had over 22,000 followers at the time of its discovery, with 18,000 currently active.

The person managing this platform is David Kelesyan, who was the head of the Fuel Supply Department of one of the Defense Ministry's military units in 2012 but voluntarily left his service and moved to Europe. He has remotely recruited individuals residing in Armenia and assigned them tasks, reports 1lurer.am.
