Accident Involving Ambulance and ZIL Truck Leaves Medical Personnel Injured

Today, on July 11, a major traffic accident occurred in the Armavir region. At around 21:00, an ambulance collided with a ЗИЛ truck on the Armenia-Gyumri highway in the administrative territory of Dalarik village.

According to shamshyan.com from the scene, four individuals were transported to the Armavir Medical Center with bodily injuries. Citizens and firefighters from the emergency situations ministry's Baghramyan rescue team, who arrived with one firefighting unit, were the first to assist the injured. The ZIL truck rolled over as a result of the collision.

The firefighters disabled the vehicles, closed the gas valve of the ZIL truck, and cordoned off the area. Those gathered at the scene reported that the ambulance was registered to the medical clinic in Myasnikyan village, and both the doctor and nurse were on their way to Dalarik village when the accident occurred. Among the injured are both the physician and the nurse.

Police and the investigation department are working to ascertain the identities of the drivers and the injured.
