Why Kocharian No Longer Participates in Rallies: Sahakyan Responds

“Movement councils are being established in all regions of Armenia so that the movement transfers fully to the regions and engages the regional population.... We are working with pace and rhythm,” said Ishkhan Sahakyan of the ARF, discussing the plans of the 'Resistance' movement.

In response to the question of why the second president of Armenia no longer participates in rallies, he stated: “Robert Kocharian has participated in rallies, and I believe he will participate again in the near future. There is no issue with that.”
