Gas Deposit with Eight Years of Reserves Discovered in Georgia

Gas deposit with eight years of reserves has been discovered in Georgia. The deposit is located near Tbilisi. This was announced by Giorgi Tatishvili, the head of the State Agency for Oil and Gas of Georgia, during an interview with BMG television.

According to him, Block Energy is set to "return to this project with an established plan" at the end of 2022 or the beginning of 2023. It is planned to carry out horizontal drilling, which will allow for the extraction of more commercial gas.
