Tsarukyan Seeks to Purchase 10 Hectares in Moscow, Reports ‘Vedomosti’
Messier Group companies associated with Messier Aminievskaya SZ and Messier Ryazanskaya SZ have submitted bids for the acquisition of two transport hubs located in western and eastern Moscow, according to Russian agency ‘Vedomosti’.
The first structure has agreed to pay 115 million rubles for a 1.6-hectare transport hub on the Aminyevskoye highway. A multifunctional complex with an area of 46,400 m² can be constructed there. The ‘Leader’ company, which is reportedly linked to the ‘Tashir’ group, has also submitted a bid for this complex. At least 50% of its shares belong to the group’s owner, Samvel Karapetyan.
As for the purchase of the Ryazanskaya hub, the bid from SZ Messier Ryazanskaya is the only one. The Moscow city administration has permitted the construction of an office center measuring 58,300 m².
Messier Group specializes in the development of residential and commercial real estate, alcoholic beverages, agriculture, asset management, and consulting. Two consultants who have worked with the group have indicated that it is associated with businessman Gagik Tsarukyan.
