They Want to Win Against Us on the Battlefield, Let Them Try: Putin
Russian President Vladimir Putin stated during a meeting with the leaders of the factions in the State Duma that since February 24, all branches of government have been required to act decisively, coherently, and swiftly.
According to the country's leader, the Duma has worked in this manner. He noted that the actions of unfriendly countries have been minimized; sanctions create difficulties, but not to the extent that the West expected.
“They want to win against us on the battlefield, let them try,” said Putin, also mentioning that “Russia has not yet started anything serious in Ukraine.”
He emphasized that Russia does not abandon peaceful negotiations on the Ukrainian issue, but the later they start, the more challenging they will become.
