Armenia Turns a Dead End into a Crossroads: Kerobyan
Economy Minister Vahan Kerobyan addressed reporters in a briefing regarding the agreement reached between Armenia and Turkey to open the border for citizens of third countries. When asked about the benefits for Armenia, he responded that the country will transform from a dead end into a crossroads.
“Metaphorically speaking, we should compare a dead end to a crossroads. In other words, where does real estate cost more—at a crossroads or at the end of a dead end? Now, we are essentially turning Armenia from a dead end into a crossroads, and naturally, as a result, we will have very significant effects in all aspects—economic, transit, and more,” he stated.
