Video: Biden Awards Medal from the Back

US President Joseph Biden has once again displayed odd behavior in front of the public. A recently released video shows the American leader attempting to award a medal to one of the notable citizens. However, he chose to do so from behind the citizen instead of facing him, eventually turning the man around.
