More than 30 members of the UK government resign in one day: Sky News

More than 30 employees of the UK government have resigned following a scandal involving former Deputy Foreign Minister Chris Pincher.

According to Sky News, government officials announced their resignations in less than a day. Notable among them are the Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak and Health Secretary Sajid Javid. Additionally, the Ministers of Employment, Mims Davies, Home Secretary Priti Patel, Exports Development Minister Mike Freer, as well as various secretaries and trade representatives from different ministries and committees have also stepped down.

Earlier, the head of the UK Health Ministry stated that he could not continue to work in the government with a clear conscience. This statement followed a scandal involving Christopher Pincher, who was involved in a drunken brawl at one of London’s elite clubs.
