Journalist Voskanyan Sarkisyan reported that on Monday, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spent his time at P Арз Lake, steering an inflatable boat during work hours.

He specifically wrote: "Yesterday, July 4, on Monday, between approximately 11:40 AM and 12:10 PM, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was at P Арз Lake with his wife, Anna Hakobyan, and daughter, Arpi. He was rowing one of the inflatable boats, which included Anna Hakobyan and Arpi. On this workday, there were few visitors at P Арզ Lake, mostly foreigners. The Prime Minister's bodyguards prohibited photographs, but those present managed to photograph the Prime Minister's service vehicle. Visitors noticed that Anna Hakobyan was wearing denim shorts."
