Russian pop star Philip Kirkorov is in Armenia. Yesterday, he visited Garni with family and friends, and also spent time at the Geghard Monastery. Today, he spoke about his trip on his Instagram page, noting that it felt like they traveled back 37 years, returning to 1985 as they explored historical sites in Armenia.

“The holy land of Armenia feels like a place of power. Of course, being here, I kept a dream... about a new hit. Let this brief excursion into the history of music take you back to the wonderful times of the 80s, when each song by Alla Pugacheva became a sensation, creating and shaping the country's musical history.
