Video: Activist Glues Hand to Famous Painting in UK Museum

In the UK, environmental activists have once again engaged in disruptive actions. This time, representatives of the Just Stop Oil movement glued their hands and attached themselves to a famous painting in the Manchester Art Gallery. The protesters expressed their discontent regarding the destruction of cultural heritage.

“Our heritage is being destroyed because of the lies and inaction of our government,” stated one of the activists.

A gallery staff member stood up to protect the painting, trying to politely explain to the youths that their actions would not be heard and would bring no positive outcomes.
