VIDEO: Biden Left South Korean Leader in Awkward Situation
During the NATO summit in Madrid, US President Joe Biden passed by South Korean leader Yoon Seok-youl without acknowledging him.
In the footage published online, the South Korean leader can be seen greeting Biden with a smile, but the US President walks past him and approaches Bulgarian President Rumen Radev.
