Russia and Azerbaijan Discuss November 9 and Other Tripartite Agreements

Yesterday in Baku, Alexander Grushko, the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, met to discuss regional and European security issues. On June 30, he was received by Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, as reported by the Russian Foreign Ministry's website.

The parties discussed a wide range of issues on the international and regional agenda. In particular, they addressed the implementation of agreements reached between the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan on November 9, 2020, January 11, 2021, and November 26, concerning the maintenance of peace and stability in the region, the unblocking of transport communications, and the establishment of economic ties.

It was noted that the parties confirmed their intention to maintain close dialogue on this issue.
