Tragic Incident in Ararat: 18-Year-Old Boy Dies

Today, June 29, a tragic incident occurred in the Ararat region. Around 13:30, the Ararat Medical Center's emergency service received a notification from the Artashat police department that a medical team had been dispatched to Shahumyan village, where they discovered the body of a young boy.

According to shamshyan.com, police and investigators have determined that on the same day, at approximately 13:15, in front of house number 2 on Yerevan Street in the same village, an 18-year-old resident of Ararat, Garnik G., fell from a height of about 3 meters while performing construction work on the roof of a partially constructed building owned by 61-year-old Abgar Zakaryan, a local resident, and died on the spot.

Materials are being prepared in the Ararat regional investigation department regarding the case, and several examinations have been appointed, including a forensic examination of the body.
