VIDEO: Kamo Yeghoyan, Driven by Revenge, Enters a Café and Shoots Sergey Hakobjanian in Front of Patrons

A prolonged conflict between two families in the city of Apcheronsk, Krasnodar, has culminated in a murder in the city center. In broad daylight and without hiding, 54-year-old Kamo Yeghoyan entered a café and shot a diner in front of children. A waitress threw a chair at Yeghoyan, after which a customer managed to subdue him, according to ntv.ru.

The owner of the café's son, Igor Zolotukhin, recounted that he was on the second floor at the time of the shooting. He heard the gunfire and rushed downstairs. He was able to speak with Yeghoyan, who was already lying on the floor. “I approached the murderer and asked him, ‘Why did you do this, especially in a café filled with children and young people?’ He replied that this was for blood revenge: ‘Yesterday he burned my house,’” Zolotukhin recalled.

Investigators are currently determining the motive for the murder. Initial theories suggest that the deceased, Sergey Hakobjanian, had aggressively demanded the return of a debt from Kamo Yeghoyan's son. The conflict between the two families had been ongoing, and just hours before the murder, the Yeghoyans' home had burned down. It is still unclear whether it was set on fire deliberately. Following this incident, Kamo Yeghoyan took a gun and decided to put an end to the dispute between the two families. Investigators have already established that Kamo Yeghoyan did not have a permit for the weapon. The man has already provided testimony to the investigators.
