Lavrov States in Baku that the OSCE Minsk Group has Ceased Operations

In the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has stated that he did not discuss the operations of the OSCE Minsk Group with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. “The OSCE Minsk Group has ceased its activities at the initiative of the United States and France,” he reminded.

According to the Russian foreign minister, discussions focused on post-conflict settlement processes, based on the three trilateral statements.
