Lavrov and Aliyev Meet: What Will They Discuss

Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has announced that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Baku.

It is noteworthy that Lavrov is scheduled to make a working visit to Azerbaijan from June 23-24, where he will hold meetings with Aliyev and Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.

During these discussions, it is expected that they will address bilateral cooperation, its prospects, as well as exchange views on the most pressing issues of the regional and international agenda, including the normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.
