Millions are working, but the road signs are crushed, lying under the tractor in a state of disrepair. This was stated by Nikol Pashinyan during a government meeting.

Pashinyan’s observations were regarding the organization of road construction workers. The road was blocked by pieces of concrete that probably date back to after World War II. Can’t we install properly repaired display boards?
