Zeynalyan Nominated for Supreme Court Judge
According to Article 166, Part 3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 143, Part 2 of the Constitutional Law on the Rules of the National Assembly, the Supreme Judicial Council has nominated three candidates for each of the 10 vacant positions of judges of the Supreme Court.
For the 3 vacant positions in the Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court, the following candidates have been nominated:
- Hrach Martuni Aivazyan
- Artak Haikazi Zeynalyan
- Liana Oniki Hakobyan
For the next group of three candidates:
- Arthur Roberti Arakelyan
- Ara Eduardi Babayan
- Arzhrun Martuni Mirzoyan
For the final group of three candidates:
- Hakob Grigori Grigoryan
- Kristine Patvakan Mkoayan
- Arthur Roberti Poghosyan
For 4 out of 5 vacant positions in the Anti-Corruption Chamber of the Supreme Court for investigating corruption crimes, the following candidates have been nominated:
- Rubik Hranti Mkhitaryan
- Arsen Serzhiki Nikoghosyan
- Arthur Pargavyi Sargsyan
For the next group:
- Lusine Levoni Abgaryan
- Karen Samveli Batikyan
- Sergey Dimitri Chichoyan
And the last set of candidates:
- Hovhannes Rafiki Avagyan
- Karen Alberti Bisharyan
- Nelli Nikoghosi Harutyunyan
For the 3 out of 5 vacant positions in the Civil Cases Chamber of the Anti-Corruption Chamber of the Supreme Court, the following candidates have been nominated:
- Lisa Rafiki Grigoryan
- Karen Hovhannes Tumanyan
- Liparit Roberti Melikjan
And the final group:
- Arthur Razmiki Davtyan
- Naira Gevorgi Hovsepyan
- Aghasi Arshaki Mkoyan
Lastly:
- Lusine Aboi Avagyan
- Georg Vaniki Gyozalyan
