VIDEO: Turkey Struggles with Major Wildfire

A forest fire has re-ignited with new intensity in Marmaris, despite being contained overnight. The blaze, which has engulfed an area of 250 hectares, has seen the involvement of 20 helicopters and 14 planes, alongside 1494 firefighters. Residents of 30 homes have been evacuated, Turkish news agencies report.

Turkey's Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu, Agriculture and Forestry Minister Vahit Kirisci, and other officials have arrived at the scene. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
