U.S. President Joe Biden has expressed his views regarding the Russia-Ukraine conflict. According to Biden, the situation in Ukraine could evolve into a test of endurance between Europe and Russia at a certain stage.

“I think that at a certain stage, they will resort to defensive tactics. We need to look at what losses the Russians can withstand and what Europe will be prepared to endure,” the U.S. president told reporters.

“This is one of the topics that will be discussed in Spain,” he added.

It is noteworthy that the NATO summit is set to take place in Madrid on June 29-30, 2022, as reported by Interfax.
