Anti-Competitive Practices in the Currency Market: Central Bank President Meets with the President

President Vahagn Khachaturyan met today with the President of the Central Bank, Martin Galstyan. During the meeting, a number of issues related to Armenia's financial market were discussed.

Central Bank President Martin Galstyan provided the president with details on the risks associated with fluctuations in the Armenian dram and foreign currency exchange rates, as well as their controllability.

The Central Bank president also addressed anti-competitive practices in the currency market and the measures and sanctions implemented by the Central Bank to eliminate such phenomena.
