Rustam Bakoyan's Wife's Statements Will Be Investigated by the NSS

The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" reports: "The statements of Rustam Bakoyan's civilian wife, claiming that he assaulted her, have reached the National Security Service (NSS). Specifically, Bakoyan's civilian wife made a notable statement, saying: 'Rustam Bakoyan told me, do whatever you want, there's no game against us.' According to her, Bakoyan beat her and demanded money.

MP Rustam Bakoyan from the 'Civil Contract' faction in the National Assembly has denied the information, stating: 'I have two things to say: first, the information circulating does not reflect reality; second, the case is with the Prosecutor's Office and is in the examination phase. I have submitted a request, and they will inform me whether the case is already being investigated or not. That's all I can say.'

Furthermore, "Zhoghovurd" contacted the Prosecutor General's Office for information on the examination process, to which they responded: 'This publication has been sent to the NSS of Armenia for verification actions regarding the mentioned circumstances.'"
