Peskov Discusses Ukrainian Conflict: 'Nothing Can Be Excluded'

Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine can never be ruled out, according to Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia, in an interview with RIA Novosti.

“However, there is no movement just as before,” emphasized Peskov in response to a question about whether there is any progress in the negotiation process and whether there is a possibility of resuming talks.

Earlier, media outlets reported, citing Leonid Slutsky, the head of the State Duma's Foreign Affairs Committee who participated in discussions with Ukraine, that dialogue could resume soon.
