VIDEO. Kazakhstan Will Not Recognize Luhansk and Donetsk
Kazakhstan does not recognize the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics, as applying the right to self-determination globally would result in more than 500 or 600 states, rather than the current 193, which would lead to chaos. This statement was made today by Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
Tokayev also referred to Luhansk and Donetsk as quasi-states.
