Armenian and Azerbaijani Athletes to Stay in the Same Hotel: "Hraparak"

According to the daily "Hraparak", a basketball tournament featuring the national teams of Armenia and Azerbaijan will kick off in Malta on June 29. The head coach of our team, Rex Kalamian, recently stated in the USA that their task is to definitely win against the Azerbaijani team, which has received a vigorous response in Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijani basketball player Amil Gamzayev declared that Azerbaijan has already celebrated its main victory, responding in a way that Armenians are unlikely to forget for 44 days. Following this, threats began to surface. Moreover, our athletes will be staying in the same hotel as the Azerbaijanis, which poses several risks.

It remains uncertain how the boasting Azerbaijani athletes, who refused to come to Armenia for a boxing championship, will behave in Malta.
