Photo from VIP Car: Scholz, Macron, and Draghi Head to Ukraine
The Chancellor of Germany, Olaf Scholz, the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, and the Prime Minister of Italy, Mario Draghi, are on their way to Ukraine. This was reported on Thursday by the Die Welt newspaper on its website, without citing a source.
On Wednesday, Bloomberg, citing its sources, reported that they planned to meet with Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky in Kyiv on Thursday.
The German ZDF television channel reported that Scholz, Macron, and Draghi departed from the Polish city of Rzeszow to Kyiv last night. Later, a photo of the high-ranking delegation was published from the train’s VIP carriage.
