Pashinyan Sends a 13-Person Delegation to Russia: What is the Purpose of the Visit?

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, is sending a 13-person delegation to the Russian Federation. The Prime Minister's decision was published on the government's e-gov.am platform.

According to the document, the delegation will be dispatched to Russia from June 15 to 18 to participate in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

Included in the delegation are Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, Yerevan Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan, Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan, Minister of High-Tech Industry Robert Khachatryan, Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakan Safaryan, Deputy Minister of Economy Narek Terian, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Armen Simonian, Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Ashot Muradyan, Head of Protocol for Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan Arman Ghazaryan, Expert of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of High-Tech Industry Gevorg Mantashyan, Chairman of the Board of the 'Armenian State Interests Fund' Tigran Avinyan, and General Director of the 'Investment Support Center' (Enterprise Armenia) Levon Ohanyan, along with the Director of Investments Aram Vardanyan.

After returning, Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan is required to submit a report on the results of the mission to the Prime Minister within three days.

It is noteworthy that the XXV St. Petersburg International Economic Forum will take place from June 15 to 18, during which a meeting between the Presidents of Armenia and Russia is expected.
