Alves Announces Departure from Barcelona

Brazilian defender Dani Alves has announced that he will leave Barcelona at the end of June. This was reported by RT.  “It is time for our farewell. I have dedicated eight years to the club, to these colors, and this home. Long live Barça,” Alves wrote on social media.

The defender will leave as a free agent upon the expiration of his contract, which ends on June 30, 2022. Overall, the 39-year-old player has played 402 matches for the Spanish club and scored 22 goals.
