Such a State Becomes a Geopolitical Snack for Neighbors: Babayan
For small countries, especially those surrounded by hostile neighbors, the key geopolitical issue is maintaining their geopolitical factor. This is stated by Artsakh's Foreign Minister Davit Babayan in a post on his Facebook page.
"One of the most important components of being a geopolitical factor is principledness. The absence of principledness and value-based components deprives a state and its people of geopolitical autonomy and uniqueness. Such a state becomes a geopolitical 'snack' for its neighbors, especially for those who are principled and ambitious," Babayan wrote in his post, noting that Artsakh and Armenia are in a complex situation, which makes the imperative of maintaining their geopolitical factor status and adherence to principles even more urgent.
